The presence of two more ships confirmed

The “Kaliakra”, a Bulgarian schooner that attended the very first Armada meeting in 1989, has also confirmed it will be present.

The “Kaliakra”, a training vessel that has made a reputation for itself because of its beauty, elegance and seaworthiness, is a veritable symbol of the maritime heritage of Bulgaria. In common with its sisterships, the Polish vessels “Iskra” and “Pogoria”, which will also be attending Rouen this year, it was built in the Gdansk shipyard in Poland.

The “Kaliakra” regularly takes part in the Tall Ships Race, its lively performance providing a wonderful sight and contributing to the enhanced prestige of the maritime school.
