Comment : Built on the initiative of youngsters in the region around Gdansk, this Polish square-rigged three-master was launched in 1981. She was christened as a "Gift of Youth" in memory of the large amount of voluntary work carried out by the youth organisations in Poland. She has been detailed to the Polish Merchant Navy college to train cadets.
