The Monge is a Test and Measurement Vessel (BEM). She serves in the French Navy since 4th November 1992. Her missions are to monitor nuclear and ballistic missiles, to track and measure rocket trajectories and to track satellites. She is the only vessel of her kind in the French Navy and one of a very few in the world.
