Pogoria

Built in 1980 by the Gdansk shipyards, Pogoria is a vessel used for races and training young people. This three-masted barque has a metal hull. It was repatriated, under the request of the Polish Academy of Sciences, to carry out a scientific expedition in the Antarctic during the winter of 1980-1981.

In winter, it is based in Genoa in Italy to participate in the Mediterranean races. During summer, it often joins the Tall Ships Races.
