Let's animate the Armada with amateur troops

With Michel Bussi, sponsor of the Armada 2023, we have invited associations of amateurs working in the world of street performance, theatre, singing, circus, puppets or other forms of artistic expression to come and perform during the event around short performances (between 15 and 30 minutes). It seemed important to us to take advantage of the reputation of the Armada to give visibility to these actors who testify to the associative and cultural vitality of our region.
Michel Bussi proposed that these original creations fit into these themes linked to the Armada and more broadly to the world of the sea:
Sailing ships and sailors, the history of navigation on the Seine and the great explorers (the Vikings, Jean de Verrazane, Cavelier de la Salle, Jean Fleury, Jean de Béthencourt, Jean Cousin, the first test of the Nautilus, the sinking of the Télémaque, the return of Napoleon's ashes, the departure of the Statue of Liberty, the return of the Pourquoi pas?...), the sea, the oceans, the rivers and the protection of the marine and river environment...
Ten troupes will play during the Armada, for which a call for projects was launched at the end of 2022. The shows will be represented on the site, between June 8 and 18, 2023 and could be played in municipalities of the Metropolis who wish. .
The associations selected by the committee chaired by Michel Bussi will each receive a grant of €1,500 to cover travel, costume and performance preparation costs.
To follow shortly, the list of troops retained.

Registrations for the call for projects are closed.
