The Department of Seine-Maritime is a partner of the Armada

The Department of Seine-Maritime, chaired by Bertrand Bellanger, signs a partnership agreement with the Armada de la Liberté, chaired by Jean-Paul Rivière.

For this 8th edition, Seine-Maritime, the Department undertakes to make the Armada 2023 : La Grande Parade de la Seine-Maritime, on June 18, a sustainable and environmentally friendly event.
