BOATERS' PARADE

June 8, 9, 12, 13, 15 and 16, 2023 on the Seine from PK 243,000 to PK 245,000 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
From the Port de Plaisance de Rouen, navigation must be carried out upstream on the left bank and downstream on the right bank, while respecting a safety corridor of 30 meters along the ships and tall ships at the quay. .
The convoy of participating boats will be flanked at the head and end by boats from the organization Armada de la Liberté.
CONDITIONS
The boats do not exceed 12 meters in length.
The maximum number of participants is 50 and the number of boats likely to evolve at the same time on the body of water is a maximum of 10 at each outing.
Participants are required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), in particular, the regulatory life jacket.
The Yachtsmen Parade is called to cross an IOP zone, the boats and the participants will be subject to a prior security check by the River Gendarmerie Brigade or security agents from the organization Armada de la Liberté.
